Initial cleaning assessments are charged per job. Package pricing for multi-units are available. Other cleaning projects (i.e. commercial areas within a building) are also welcome and are usually charged on a per job basis.

*These are sample per job prices for initial cleans. Deep cleaning jobs can vary widely depending on the type of project. An empty 1 bedroom for move-out clean may be priced lower than a standard 3 bedroom cleaning requiring a lot of organization.
